We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
All transactions are processed securely, and your payment information is never stored by CabinExclusive.

6. Shipping

Most orders ship within 1–2 weeks of purchase unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout—incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional fees.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Because each item is handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellations are not accepted after shipment.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at cabinexclusive@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.

8. Custom Orders

We gladly accept custom requests. By submitting a custom design or modification, you agree that the final product may differ slightly from digital proofs due to materials and hand-finishing techniques.
