At CabinExclusive, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because most of our products are handmade to order, shipping times can vary slightly depending on workload and season. We appreciate your patience and understanding - we promise it’s worth the wait.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 5–10 business days.
Custom or larger pieces may take longer, especially during busy seasons. If we anticipate any delay, we’ll contact you right away.
We start production as soon as payment is received. Each order is built, finished, and packaged by hand to ensure the highest quality before it leaves our shop.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your order.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
If you need expedited or guaranteed delivery, please reach out before ordering - we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days after dispatch
Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days after dispatch
International Orders: Delivery times vary by country; typically 10–21 business days
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays outside our control (such as weather or seasonal surges).
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
We strive to keep shipping affordable and transparent - no hidden fees.
Local Pickup (Utah Only)
If you’re located nearby and would like to pick up your order in person, contact us before placing your order to arrange local pickup availability.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
CabinExclusive is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned due to customer error. If this happens, reshipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We carefully package each order to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging.
We’ll work with you to make things right - either through a replacement or an appropriate solution.
For lost or delayed packages, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll assist however we can.
International Shipping & Customs
We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply once the order reaches its destination.
We cannot guarantee shipping times for international orders due to customs processing or postal delays.
