At CabinExclusive, every product is made to order with care, precision, and pride. Because each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been made.

We take great pride in the quality of our work and want every customer to love their purchase. Please read the details below to understand our policy and how we handle special situations.

All Sales Are Final

Each item is custom-made or finished to order. For that reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
We encourage you to review all product descriptions, dimensions, and finish options carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to purchasing - we’re happy to help.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only before your order ships.
Once production has begun or the item has shipped, we’re unable to cancel the order.

If you need to make changes to your order or shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will reach out with a method of sending photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist quickly.

We’ll review the situation and, if appropriate, arrange for a replacement or another suitable resolution.
Our goal is to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable once design or production has begun.
Before work starts, we’ll confirm all details to ensure your design is exactly as you envision. Please double-check all specifications when approving a custom order.

Color & Finish Variations

Because of the handmade nature of our products and the powder coating process, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These natural differences are part of what makes each CabinExclusive piece unique.
